Assessments
The Local Management Board (LMB) identifies priorities and targets resources for improvement based on a Community Needs Assessment. This assessment is used to develop a strategy to help the LMB better focus available funding on improving areas of concern. The LMB also maintains a Community Resource Guide to help all residents of Somerset County in finding the services they need. Annual Reports
The Maryland Association of Local Management Boards publishes an annual report of highlights and accomplishments for each county in the state. The Somerset County Local Management Board (SCLMB) also publishes an annual report which highlights the accomplishments of all the programs funded during the year.
